Although things are changing and Covid is dwindling in our community, there are a few things that have changed at OC Waxing to help get us back on our feet, and to also keep our Employees & Customers safe and healthy. This is our top priority & we are committed to making sure you are safe.
HEALTHY-
We ask that any employee or persons entering into our salons to be healthy without fever, cough or sickness.
MASKS-
As of May 17, masks are optional for all of our Clients. If you want to wear one, we support that. If you do not want to or cannot wear one, we support that too. We will not discriminate against anyone for their personal health decisions.
LIMITED STAFFING-
We are so busy and still rebuilding, so if you don't see an availability at your chosen location, switch to another location & see the availabilities there
DESK STAFF
You will be with your Waxologist from the beginning to the end of your time with us. We will no longer have desk staff & your calls will be answered at the Corporate level. When you arrive for your appointment, keep in mind your Waxologist might still be in her previous service. Relax, take a seat & we will be with you shortly! Don't forget to ask for a White Claw :)
ONLINE BOOKING-
We strongly encourage you to book online, about 95% of our clients do so!
You may pick your Waxer, location, time, book and cancel. Should you have any problems with your online account, shoot us an email to hi@ocwaxing.com and we can fix it for you.
If we have your email on file already (like you've already received reminders and stuff from us) simply click "forgot password" and you'll get a link to reset your online account
CLEANING & DISINFECTING-
We are super-duper on the cleaning front, but now is the time where we will take it up 10 notches. We are disinfecting high-touch areas after every client & we have touch-free ways for you to checkout
PATIENCE-
There are MANY other "back of the house" changes at our small business that we are trying to navigate. This closure has been nothing short of devastating and it is a very trying time. I appreciate your patience with these changes, and I am grateful for your support of OC Waxing. Without you, we don't exist!

I don't see my Waxer on the schedule?
We have Waxers returning that feel safe to return. Covid has brought many changes due to being shutdown for so long. Waxers have moved away, switched careers, have no childcare to be able to work etc. We are rebuilding OC Waxing & doing it while being mindful of each of our new realities.
How can I book an appointment?
Booking yourself online is the quickest and easiest way for you! Our phones are answered at the Corporate level & I promise we will get back to your calls, voicemails & emails just as soon as we can. Please be patient with us!
How do I move my appointment online?
You cannot "move" it, you need to cancel your current appointment and make a new one. Please make sure you cancel the one you do not want to ensure you do not get charged a no-show fee
When will all of this return to normal?
Oh boy we are asking the same question. We are fighting hard to keep our business thriving & we hope and pray every day that our world will move past this & we can all get back to life as we once knew it.
